Don't know a thing about this one, but it's got a few reasonably big names in the cast, so it could be OK. It's available on DVD in the US, but apparently not elsewhere yet.
Interesting point to note: China says she often looses parts because directors find out who her parents are and assume she can sing, which she claims she can't. So why is she playing a singer here?
